Kirsten Pipp founded Bloom Social in 2020 in Grand Rapids, Michigan. What started as a vision to bring boutique-quality social media strategy to executives and B2B companies has grown into a nationwide practice with clients across the country. Today, Kirsten and Jeff run Bloom Social together.
They run the agency on the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), which means every part of the business, from client onboarding to content delivery, runs on clear processes, measurable goals, and genuine accountability.
Bloom Social serves executives, founders, and growth-stage companies who want to show up powerfully online without spending their own time doing it.

Giving Back to Grand Rapids
Helen DeVos Children's Hospital
Working with Helen DeVos Children's Hospital is very near and dear to Kirsten's heart. She has seen first-hand how donations can brighten up a child's stay, and the team members, patients, and families never cease to amaze her.
- November 2023: Bloom Social donated over 300 toys and crafts to patients and families.
- November 2024: Our team gifted 100 custom teddy bears with glasses to the ophthalmology clinic at Corewell Health Helen DeVos Children's Hospital. Sewing the glasses on each bear was a labor of love.
We're looking forward to continuing this donation effort each year with a portion of our profits.
